Event planning goes over the most popular types of events in the real estate industry, such as: seller/buyer seminars, open houses, home staging, how to buy investments and client appreciation parties. The students will discover who to invite, how to prepare, how to hold the actual event and what contingencies to look out for when planning an event. The instructor will demonstrate a wine tasting? The students are the participants and yes you get to taste wine and still get CE credit! The instructors’ demonstration should be followed if a real estate professional wants to hold a wine tasting event of their own.
