Vendor hall, homebrew, commercial beers and Operation Fermentation awards ceremony! Join us for Operation Fermentation VIII's awards ceremony and vendor hall! We're going to have a lot of local breweries and businesses in attendance, sharing their craft and having some fun along the way. We'll have games, food, and drinks for most of the day, and the awards ceremony for the homebrew event starts at 7. PLEASE NOTE: at the request of the venue, all alcohol we bring to the event MUST be checked in the night before at the welcome reception. These will be kept in cold storage overnight, and we retrieve them the day of the event.
