Kokedama design workshop and Sunday brunch with Billies + Tilli & Brewbakers Cafe Join Mary of Billies + Tilli on Sunday, March 6th from 12noon - 2pm as she teaches the class the art and technique of the Japanese Kokedama. This is a traditional bonsai form, and when translated it simply means "moss ball." During this workshop you will be guided through a step-by-step demonstration on how to properly bind your houseplant's root-ball in sheet moss in order to create one of these beautiful and natural living pieces. Attendees will all leave the class with their very own kokedama plant to bring home, as well as the knowledge of knowing how to create and care for their design. Coffee, tea, mimosas and light brunch bites will be provided during the duration of the class. All materials and consumables will be provided by Billies + Tilli. *All cancellations and refunds must be requested within 72 hours of the event [March 3rd]. Attendees can transfer tickets to other guests if they are not able to attend. Mary of Billies + Tilli will lead and demonstrate how design and make a fresh holiday wreath at the beginning of class. Each individual will then be able to design and create their very own fresh wreath to bring home. There will be an assortment of fresh evergreen, cedars, juniper berry, eucalyptus and foraged elements. All materials will be supplied. Light refreshments will be served. All other food and beverage purchases are available through the Brewbakers cafe.
