We will have Mad Bomber Brewing Company (for the over 21 crowd), live music and a scare you wont forget. Hayden Haunted Mansion Liability Waiver The patron agrees to all rules specified below and accept responsibility for themself and any minors they’re responsible for during participation in attraction and at all times while on the property. No smoking, drinking or eating inside attraction including chewing gum unless in designated areas specified. No running or horseplay inside attraction. No touching props, actors, or customers inside attraction, and I will not hold actors responsible if I am touched. No filming or flash photography unless permission is granted by authorized personnel. No firearms, explosives, or weapons of any kind allowed on premise. No drugs allowed. Alcohol will only be allowed if provided by our vendors and purchased (21 and over only with I.D.) onsite. Alcohol will only be allowed in designated areas after purchase. Customers are responsible for all personal belongings and need to take precautions to avoid loss, damage or theft of personal property. Customers are responsible for securing vehicles also. HHM will not be held responsible for loss of contents or damage to vehicles. Customers will be held responsible and prosecuted if they damage any items in the attraction such as props, building, or any other physical property. Customers will be held responsible and prosecuted if they assault any person(s) including actors and customers. Customers may get wet, have to traverse stairs and tight or low clearance openings during participation in the attraction and should be physically capable to safely participate. Customers may be exposed to extreme lighting conditions including flashing lights etc. known to trigger seizures, panic attacks or other potential side affects and should be considered prior to entering attraction. If you have health conditions such as a heart condition or pregnancy or other health concerns and still wish to participate please disclose these issues at entrance and we can tone it down a bit. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction.
