Job description A family-owned, independent pool service company is seeking a dedicated and reliable pool service technician to join our expanding team as a long-term team member. The company prides itself on customer service, reliability, integrity and quality work and is focused on the North, South, West, NW Las Vegas valley & Henderson area’s (actual routes will be in a condensed area). Candidate must have their own CLEAN RELIABLE PICK UP TRUCK that is well-maintained and a smartphone capable of picture and video text and email messaging. Offering FULL TIME work week Monday through Fridays with set four weeks off per year. Uniform, signage, supplies, and equipment provided. Qualifications: 1 year of pool service or pool industry experience minimum, as well as reliability, integrity and able to work by our standards and the desire to make pool service a lucrative long-term and fulfilling career. Annual income depending on how many pools are serviced weekly and on six monthly performance incentives earned, paid extra for additional responsibilities (filter cleaning, acid washes, and green-to-cleans and light repairs). Must be in good physical condition; able to lift 55 lb containers, and able to withstand extreme weather conditions. The average pool tech services around 12-16 pools per day 60-70 pools per week with the above benefits included can make upwards of $40k per year. Technicians that want to do additional duties can makeover $45k. This is a full-time year-round position. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Pass drug tests and criminal background checks. Character References. Clean and Valid NV driver’s license. And social security card Serious qualified individuals need only apply.
