In this class, we’ll break down the basics of herbal tea making, including simple ways to dry and store herbs, the difference between an infusion and a decoction, and how to make different kinds of herbal teas! Not only will I go over the best teas for fertility you can drink to help you get pregnant, I will go over why certain teas and herbs boost fertility. I’ll explain what herbs you should be looking for and what fertility problems each tea is particularly good at helping with. Participants will get to take home a bundle of herbs to dry of their choosing, for their own tea collection. A wonderful beginner workshop for those interested in herbalism!
