This February at The Courtyard Marriott in Hacienda Heights, CA, Aprés will host the below, live and in-person Gel-X™ Certification Course: February 10, 2022, 10AM-5PM Location: The Courtyard Marriott 1905 S Azusa Avenue Hacienda Heights, California 91745 *The Gel-X™ Certification Course is only open to LICENSED NAIL TECHNICIANS. You will be asked for your License Number at Check-out. *The class is capped at 40 people per class with a half-portion of class dedicated to partner work. Covid-19 Guidelines Effective January 1, 2022 In order to comply with the City of Los Angeles's vaccine mandate, attendees will be required to present proof of vaccination in order to enter the venue and participate in the class. We are implementing new protocols and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for all our attendees. In order to ensure this, we ask the attendees have their proof of vaccination ready to present to staff before entering the classroom. Acceptable forms of proof include: - Original copy, or electronic photo of the CDC vaccination card (or similar documentation issued by another foreign government jurisdiction) - Documentation from a healthcare provider (ie religious reasons) - Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California - Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by another State, local, or foreign government jurisdiction. Any government-issued photo ID is acceptable. In lieu of this, we can accept school and work IDs. Fully vaccinated means the person has received both doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or received one dose of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. For those exempt, a negative test result must be for a test taken 48 hours of attending the class. Nucleic acid (including polymerase chain reaction (PCR)) tests are acceptable. Take-home test will not be accepted. Gel-X™ Certification Course: This course is the ultimate primer on learning all things Gel-X™. From basic manicure prep to application to troubleshooting difficult nails, this course covers every topic for the perfect Gel-X™ service. This official Apres Gel-X certification course will equip you with all the knowledge necessary to successfully master the most revolutionary nail extension system in the industry.
