Description
Looking through these ads, makes me sick. 95% are fake/scammers!
Any ad for a pet that:
Has writing that doesn't make alot of sense. They usually don't speak English well.
They copy and paste ads that they've stolen. A lot of the sentences don't begin with capital letters. They put 'sHe' a lot where they copied and pasted she or he in an ad.
It will say 'puppy' in the heading, then 'puppies' later on.
They repeat the heading a couple of times.
Has only one picture and it looks perfect. They stole it off the internet.
Most of them are '12 weeks or 3 months'.
They use ALOT of emoji pictures or symbols.
They ask for your email or put their's for you to email. They are putting their email on the pictures now.
They can hack into your email and get into your utility accounts to find out your payment/banking information. Then steal it.
Never send money without proof they have the puppy. Ask for a photo or video with something specific in it. Like a remote control or a piece of paper with a certain word written on it. Don't be afraid to ask for references either. If they don't have any, they should at least have a Vet that will vouch for them.
When you post an ad, they will message you with the exact heading you listed and just say still available ' afterwards.
Then they want you to send them a code to 'prove you're real'. Don't do that.
Or ask if they can send you a check and when it clears, they pick up a puppy you have for sale. Thing is, they have a way for it to clear, then after up to 3 weeks, show up as a fake check or stolen check. Then that crook is gone with your puppy. They can also cancel a PayPal or CashApp payment real quick after they pick up your puppy😕
I guess that's all I have. Good luck and be safe. God bless😁
