We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced part-time Maintenance Supervisor for a well maintained 47-unit apartment community in Lacey. The starting pay rate for this position is between $24.00 per hour and $25.00 per hour plus benefits, paid vacation, and more, depending upon experience. This position also offers the opportunity for future growth to become a full time maintenance supervisor, working with multiple properties in the area. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community, including the scheduling, management, and assistance in completing the make-ready process for vacant units, completing apartment work order requests, and supervising work completed by third party vendors (landscape maintenance vendors, etc.). The Maintenance Supervisor must be technically proficient with a hands-on attitude and also possess solid leadership and communication skills.
