Hello, My band is based in Arlington Heights, but we normally play shows in the city of Chicago. We would love to play more in the suburbs, but it seems that most suburban venues/bars only want cover bands to play. (Nothing against cover bands, keep doing your thing). Our goal is to showcase our original tunes in the suburbs. Do you know of any venues in the suburbs that like to feature original bands? Are you in an original band based in the suburbs?
