The Role: The Operations Technician is a critical member of the Miami Operations team, executing a diverse set of tasks from staging new homes, to performing basic maintenance, to meeting and supervising vendors on behalf of Zeus. As Zeus continues to grow in Miami, you will be responsible for all aspects of setting up new Zeus homes. You will meet with owners to pick up keys, conduct thorough inspections, and stage the homes. This role incorporates some heavy lifting, driving, and an eye for detail so each home is ready to host our residents. In addition to preparing new Zeus homes, you will be responsible for helping to maintain existing homes. You will be performing basic maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and air filters, installing curtains, and replenishing missing items. **This person will be expected to commute through South Florida from West Palm Beach through Ft. Lauderdale to Miami. We will reimburse for gas & mileage. This is an hourly role where you would be expected to work Mon-Fri around ~ 40 hrs a week. What You'll Do: -Transform empty properties into beautiful Zeus homes by inspecting and staging under the direction of a project coordinator -Effectively communicate with your manager, who will be remote, throughout each day -Be the face of Zeus to owners and residents in San Diego, interacting in a professional and courteous manner -Keep information up-to-date in our internal workflow management system so all teams have access to real-time information What We're Looking For: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong attention to detail -Great problem solving ability with a solutions-oriented approach -An intuitive sense of prioritization, with strong time management and organizational skills -High level of professionalism and customer service -Ability to handle complaints and adversity with tact and diplomacy -Comfort learning and navigating new technology tools -Must have reliable automobile transportation (preferably a large car or van) and a valid California Driver’s License and insurance Bonus: -Familiarity with home maintenance and handyman work (e.g. if you notice a problem when staging a property, you could help fix it) -Flexibility with non-conventional hours (i.e. willing to work in the evenings and/or some weekends) **If you are hired in the US, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.
