Reattach decorative shutter

Hello, One of my decorative shutter fell down and I need someone to reattach it to my brick face. I have attached a picture. From past experience I know that this job doesn't take long 15 - 20 minutes tops For the right price and since you'll be on a ladder anyway, let's agree on a price and you can caulk around my windows. Offering $40 for the shutter not bad for 15 - 20 minutes of your time. Looking to get this done ASAP. Thanks
