Qualifications: - Previous crew lead or supervisory experience - Valid SC drivers license - Ability to train others and exercise leadership skills - Demonstrate a consistent ability to complete projects based on New Leaf LC standards - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to efficiently plan, organize, and direct a team. - Can safely operate and maintain all equipment used for landscape installations Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee daily installation projects with a crew of 2-3 team members • Ensure projects are of quality standards and completed on time • Strong knowledge of landscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, and lighting • Effective management of your staff, crews, and subcontractors • Ability to read plans and complete project according to plan scale • Consistent Communication with Clients, colleagues, and supervisors • Provide safety PPE and equipment to the crews, and promote a safe work environment ethic • Professionally represent the company at all times and in all meetings in the field or while operating company vehicles.
