Carl born February 2021, he needs proper training, he dog and human agressive very scared little guy been that way since I got him at 8 weeks old. He’s fully vaccinated and neutered. He keeps biting my 3 year old and today was the final straw. I feel so bad I don’t want him to be put down but I feel like we’re not the right family for him. Please Someone help Carl!
