We are looking for contractors to help assist in the renovation of an Apartment complex. The scope of work includes: - Demo of cabinets and countertops - Identifying sheetrock damage, followed by making repairs/replacements - Painting (Walls, Ceiling Trim) - Installing countertops - Installing new hardware (Doorknobs, outlet covers, Cabinet handles, Blinds, ect.) - Installing Appliances Other Miscellaneous items include: - Sheetrock repair - Troubleshooting Plumbing - Installation of light fixtures We are looking for Skilled Laborers/Crews with an attention to detail.
