Weed Man is the second largest lawn care company in the United States. Our local franchise has been in business for over 6 years and is continuing to grow. We are in need of extraordinary people to join our team. Duties include: - Call pre-qualified leads to sell them various services that meet their needs (no cold calling involved) - Call existing customers to up-sell or renew their services (no manual dialing) - Meet or exceed the number of required daily customer decisions - Take detailed notes, and report leads as sold or otherwise, using our dialer interface. Shifts for Sales Representative include: Part Time: M-T 5pm-9pm OR 6pm-9pm Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm (Optional) Full Time: M-F 12pm-8pm Qualifications for Remote Sales Representative include: - Strong communications skills - Successful experience in sales - Self motivated and organized - Knowledge of lawn care and/or horticulture a plus - Typing skill required - Cloud Based Auto-Dialer experience a plus Requirements for work-from-home position: - Must have high speed internet access - Must have a quiet place to work during working hours - Must have a PC and/or laptop - Must have a headset (*We may be able to provide one - Must be able to work scheduled hours (this is not a "pick your own hours" style of job)
