CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES: Detail cleaning of brand new or completely renovated apartment units CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: Cleaning experience is mandatory Own transportation is a plus but not mandatory. All applicants will be considered contractors and no taxes taken out. You will be responsible for reporting your earnings. This is a On Call job opportunity. You will be part of a labor pool of motivated individuals who don't mind working. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract This position is similar to a Temp Agency: We recruit experience cleaners to work with positive independent contractors in a safe and positive environment. Pay: $14.00 per hour PPE & COVID-19 considerations: You will be required to wear mask, hard hat, work boots and practice social distancing due to COVID-19 when others are present in the building.
