I-271, I-480 Lane Closures Start This Weekend

CLEVELAND — Due to bridge work, parts of I-271 and I-480 will be restricted starting Friday. On Friday night, I-480 at Lee Road will have lane closures as crew repair concrete medians. The closures will continue through 5 a.m. Monday, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. Then, I-271 local and express lanes under Fairmount Boulevard, will have closures starting Sunday. The local lanes will have nightly lane closures between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Sunday through early February. The express lanes will be closed between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Sunday through early February due to bridge work.
