Everyone has a story to tell. Take your writing to the next level this winter with two great classes offered by the West Side Y Writer’s Voice:  *WRITING FOR STAGE AND SCREEN—in this workshop students will work on the fundamentals, including story, conflict, character, dialogue, visual action and revision. In-class writing exercises tailored to individual needs help students develop skills and write scripts. All levels welcome. 5 week course. Instructor: Charlie Schulman Tuesdays 1:00 PM-3:00 PM | Winter 2022 session: January 25-February 27 *TELLING GREAT STORIES—This class will focus on elements of “creative” prose fiction and non-fiction writing, such as plot, character, setting, voice, and beginnings and endings. The workshop is open to everyone and no manuscript submission is required. 6 week course.
