Rehoming female Black and Tan coon hound

This is Phylis. She sometimes goes by Philly. Philly is a Black and Tan coonhound. She is just over two years old. We are needing to find her a good Loving home due to her barking disturbing our neighbor. Other than being very vocal, she is great with kids, other dogs and cats, she is a good guard dog (lets you know when someone comes to the house). She knows basic commands and is house trained. She needs a yard to run in and a maybe even privacy fence with no visibility would probably be best to keep her quiet. We are so sad to have to find her a new home. Whoever ends up with her will be lucky to have her snuggles and lovin. There will be a re homing fee to make sure she goes to a safe hoMe. She won’t be going to just anyone.
