HIRING IMMEDIATELY Suzye's Spotless Specialties is a family owned, private and commercial deep cleaning service. We're on the lookout for dependable individuals willing to get their hands dirty, for cleanliness sake. Responsible for basic and deep cleaning in and around residences or office buildings. Cleaning duties inside private rooms; Including, but not limited to: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms, Closets, Laundry Rooms, Offices/Dens, Etc. Essential Duties: •Clean floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows, etc. •Clean Kitchens, including cleaning and sanitizing •Clean bathrooms, including cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets/urinals. •Vacuum, empty trash, and replace liners. •Sets up, stocks, transports and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. •Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. •Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to clients. •Travel to and from service location (compensation TBD) •Additional duties as assigned. Cleaning Team Member Qualifications/Skills: •Excellent communication and organization •Diligent and detail oriented •Responsible & reliable •Ability to work cohesively as part of a team •Ability to meet deadlines independently under little supervision •Reliable Transportation •Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. •A lot of elbow grease. Pay: $12.00-$14.00/hour TBD
