Looking for guitarist for cover band in So Cal

Bass player and drummer with ~10 years touring experience looking for a guitarist to start a cover band. Our goals are to play around Southern California at bars, breweries, etc. We haven't decided on any genre specifically, but we are looking to play songs people would want to hear at a bar on weekend including but not limited to rock, reggae, pop, alternative. Availability would need to be some weeknights and weekends. Hoping for minimal rehearsal after getting an initial set down. This is a ground up project so rehearsals are not paid and all money from gigs is split evenly. We want this to be for fun, but have a professional level that we are used to.
