Missing male Shih tzu puppy. Last seen outside my house on 73rd kinsman. Cleveland east side. He is all black with a white streak across his chest. Goes by the name of "Dexter". Please if you have any info or know his whereabouts please contact me asap. He has a little sister who is constantly looking for him and my kids won't stop crying. Please return him no questions asked! We just want him back!
