1 Parakeet to Rehome with all equipment

Hello everyone, I have tried to keep a parakeet for more than a year now. I say try to keep, because right after I decided to take the plunge my world completely changed with work, and I have not been able to give him the time he need. Now I must rehome him as I must move, but I cannot take him across the country. It is one male blue parakeet that comes with about $500 in accessories, including one large cage, one smaller cage, 2 large players and 1 smaller one and many many toys. I subscribed to a subscription service but I didn't change them out so often. He is not extremely friendly but he will eat millet from a person. He would do well around someone who can dedicate the time, unlike myself. Before I get any hate messages, I went into it with the best of intentions, but we don't know what life will deal us.
