Need Bathroom Remodel Finished

I hired a handy man to redo a bathroom, switch the tub with a jacuzzi tub, replace old paneling to walls with "wet" dry wall, and some insulation. Replace the linoleum, reset toilet etc. He got it about 1/3 of the way done and disappeared. So basically, I need to find someone VERY reasonable and semi quick to finish the project. Please give me a general idea of your reasonable hourly rate and a semi guess as to how long it might take and total cost and your experience and tool situation and maybe when you could start.
