Description

There's a dog that's been hanging out in the alley near me for the last couple days. I took him to go get scanned he does not have a chip. I walked him around the neighborhood nobody knows who he is. I'm allergic to dogs and I can't keep him but he keeps coming back over here. Blue collar. Seems very young. Comes when I whistle but doesn't seem to understand commands in English or Spanish. Very friendly.
