Looking for a drummer for our band

I was able to get some people together to start a band, but our drummer recently quit for personal reasons, you don't need a lot of experience, but some is necessary. We aren't sure what genre we are going to turn out to play exactly, but I was thinking we were going to play something closer to alternative/progressive rock.
