Hi there I live in a townhouse and my AC unit is installed in the roof. The problem with my air conditioning is that it DOES NOT HEAT ANYMORE. It does function normally cooling, but not with heat I need a technician to fix it. We figured out that the motor/condenser needs replacement... Check out the picture of the part that needs replacement to see if it is something you can do. You NEED to find the part so it can be replaced, the part that is in the picture is not working.
