Description

The Manifest Operator will lead all efforts to calculate least routing and dimensional weight. Also, ensure Fedex and UPS compliance surrounding manifest and related service documents and labels. This will require scanning customer pick tickets to the manifest, uploading of all manifest information, as well as coordinating, separating, and expediting customer level of parcel service. Additionally, the Manifest Operator will provide dedicated support to Customer Service, Shipping, Inventory Control. Order pullers and Packers. The position requires to be the main point of contact for all manifest related issues. Qualifications: 2+ years warehouse experience, 1+ years of Fedex and UPS manifest experience, including Bill of lading and LTL carrier experience Job Responsibilies : -Scan customer pick tickets into Fedex or UPS manifest so customer ship to information populates -Enter customer carton dimensions to determine dimensional weight. -Print Fedex or UPS carton labels and apply to cartons. -Knowledge of Microsot applications such as Office, Word, and Excel. -Ability to lift 50lbs. -Bilingual English/Spanish Helpful.
