Our Corporate Headquarters Is located in Canoga park, California We are looking to bring an experienced carpenter / painter / drywaller onto our team of specialists. Currently seeking competent and self-motivated Skilled Tradesman with all-around construction experience in residential remodeling. Strengths in drywall & painting a plus. Under supervision, the Skilled Tradesman will perform a wide variety of trades including carpentry, drywall, masonry, painting, framing, demolition, tiling, as well as minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and cement work. Hourly rate $18-$30, dependent on overall experience and skills knowledge assessment • Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience a carpenter/tradesman • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites during workday • Good communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
