Commercial Janitorial Company is seeking a qualified Day Porter Full Time- Mon-Fri Work Hours 7:30AM to 4:00PM (El Segundo) Must have CA DL English Speaking -(Bi-Lingual) Duties are but not limited to: Assist Property Management with various requests Common area maintenance Spot clean carpet stains as noticed. Emptying trash. Detail cleaning/Sanitizing/Window cleaning Exterior site cleaning. Stock all necessary pantry supplies. Restroom maintenance (empty trash, restock products, clean glass/mirrors/counters and partitions) MUST be able to pass background check. Must have Custodial/Day Porter experience. Your Qualifications Must be well groomed. Will be interacting with building tenants & management, and employees. Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance Experience at a mid to large size company Ability to be a team player, work well with others Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment Ability to work 7:30am to 4:00 p.m. and additional hours as necessary Ability to lift 45+ lbs Must have reliable transportation Must be able to start ASAP Starting Pay $17.00 hr Our company is seeking dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented individuals that have experience in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance, this position is available ASAP PLEASE EMAIL RESUMES!
