I have a long-term rehearsal lockout in Lawndale (Off Hawthorne Blvd and Marine Dr) that I have a corner for a drummer to practice in, or single musician to practice, record/mix in. I use it for my band practice, but there is a lot of extra time available that it can be used by another person. I had another drummer in there for the last year but he moved, so looking to find a drummer or single musician who needs practice, record/mix space who wants to be able leave their equipment set-up (if they want). The whole building is for music rehearsal (about 8 rooms). So the purpose of the room and building (in industrial area) is there to make as much noise as you want. The room is appx. 12 x 22. Your space (corner) will be about 5' x 7'. Lockout rental would be 24/7 access based on schedule, but would be available to you almost all weekdays and week day evenings, definitely some weekends too. Rent is negotiable based on how much time you want to use it. Last person used it four days a week and some weekends for $75.00 per week. Paid Monthly in advance.
