Happy Healthy Home of White Salmon, WA and Hood River, OR is seeking licensed and insured builders/handymen for subcontract building work. We have multiple projects at this time and are a growing company. We're gathering folks who are able to pick up building/handyman type tasks on short to medium notice, on an occasional to regular basis. Here is our website: The ideal person/company would: -Be licensed and insured. In WA and OR ideally, although on one state or the other also okay -Live within a reasonable distance of the White Salmon / Hood River area (unless it's really easy for you travel longer distances) -Have all their own tools and a vehicle capable of carrying lumber and large building materials -Be skilled in performing some of or many trades and handyman-type tasks such as: Install door casing / base trim Install interior or exterior (including sliding) doors and windows Install garbage disposal Perform minor framing tasks (or medium to large sized possibly) Siding repair + patching Finish carpentry -Be prepared to come to a jobsite, assess the task and make a materials list, go pickup materials with your vehicle and complete the work -Have a sense of creativity in how you solve problems and enjoy working with clients For those who respond: -Where do you live? -What is your hourly rate? -What building / trades / repair work are you skilled at and/or specialize in?
