As needed per weather & emergencies Hours: if needed are: All evenings 5 pm - mornings 9 am and Saturdays 7 am - Tuesdays 7 am morning. Job: Snow/ice removal, only as needed. Answer tenant phone calls, as per emergencies any time they call. The next step you will try to rectify the emergency situation. Example: No heat, no hot water, light is burnt out, I'm locked out, and etc. We have an electrician we call and a plumber, as required by the village Inspector. Location: You need to live in or close to Fredonia to answer the emergency call(s) ASAP. Please send your work experience/skills, availability when answering this message.
