Survey Merchandiser is looking for Reset Merchandisers to complete reset projects at local stores located in the area of Brady, TX. Expected to have a basic understanding of store resets and terminology. You will use Survey's app to document your work. About Us: We’re an app-based company with thousands of reps completing more than 90,000 store visits each month. We’re one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world. About the Work: - Pay is $20/hour, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Will take place on January 17th. - Hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. - Will work on two stores per day. - This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. - You'll have a designated team lead on site. This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job. - Typical tasks include: 1. Arrive at the store as early as possible to avoid customer traffic. 2. Open the Survey.com application and begin the survey from the parking lot. 3. Upon arrival, please check-in and ask to speak to the store manager letting them know you are there on behalf of Red Bull. 4. Follow any instructions given by the store manager in regards to backroom and displays. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us directly. 5. Restock coolers and warm shelves. Restocking coolers should always be the main priority. Do NOT break open multipacks (12 packs and 4pks) for singles. 6. Please tidy up all back stock before finishing service. 7. Before leaving the store, open the Survey.com application up and finish the survey. Take a photo of the logbook with your sign-in and out time on it, the full page, and then a storefront photo from the parking lot to end your shift. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - Payments are available to claim 24 hours after successfully uploading your assignment on the app. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Training and Support is available 7 days a week. - After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work. About You: - Looking for reps that can commit and are reliable for the project on a week to week basis. - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a plus.
