Hello wannabe cello players! I'm a local experienced teacher accepting new students for lessons. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted, and we can mask for a safe in person lesson. I'm also willing to travel within my neighborhood for a lesson in your home. A little about me; I've been playing for over 20 years, and I enjoy working with players of all ages/levels of experience: I teach students from age 5-101. One on one lessons are always personalized; I try to determine your learning style and work with you so you can enjoy learning. I teach theory and note reading, and use both classical and fiddle/folk music to build a foundation, and increase the difficulty as you progress. I also enjoy incorporating duets into the lesson to teach tone and expression, as well as giving students experience playing with others.
