FOUND DOG- German Shepherd Mix

Found a dog, 3ish months old no collar or leash in the Coronado Hills/St. Johns neighborhood. Male. Extremely sweet, haven't heard a bark or whine out of him. A little bony, looks like he may have been out a few days. Found by the intersection of Cameron Road and Fairbanks Drive. Proof of ownership will be required to claim this pup. I got him to the vet Wednesday and he’s pretty darn healthy. No worms/ticks or anything of the sort. He has fleas but those are already getting better with some 30 day medicine. He’s really happy and an absolute sweetheart. As the vet said, he doesn’t know a stranger. If there is any additional info I can provide here please let me know.
