We locked eyes a few times and I'm still kicking myself for not approaching you... but how without seeming like a crazy lunatic?! You were so handsome: reddish/brown beard, cute hat with a pompom on your head, on your cell phone speaking to someone.. For a linguist, I was unable to discern the language (not English, obviously) and so tried to figure it out and then we made eye contact.... three times with a smile. Probably a HUGE long shot that you would even see this or even respond. But if you do, I would love to actually meet you, if you are interested.
