Small dog spotted in Bob Newton park

Anyone missing a little white dog with brown markings, no collar. Last seen curled up on the bridge in Bob Newton park in Keizer. He won't let me get within 30 ft. He seems very attached to that spot and keeps coming back to it when I back off.
