Requirements: HS Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Ability to lift 50lbs+ Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience to lead installations from start to finish Gastite and EPA certifications Must have required tools and equipment Capable of working on ladders Ability to pass criminal background, reference & drug tests  Responsibilities: Install equipment properly the first time Be neat and clean at all times and keep truck and equipment the same Attend all training classes and seminars Adhere to proper paperwork procedures Keep installation manager informed at all times Follow through on job problems Turn in all paperwork to office - completely and accurately Supervise and assign job duties to helper as appropriate Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401k with company match Paid Time Off Company truck to take home About Us: A well known, top-rated, and growing HVAC Company in Atlantic County is looking for an Installation Foreman/Technician.
