Job duties include but are not limited to: * Vacant room preps * Plumbing * Maintenance for rooms varying from sinks to carpets * Drywall/Painting * Landscaping Requirements: - Experienced w/various room/home/hotel repairs - Ability to use hand/power tools - Complete written/verbal instructions and procedures in English - Have own tools - Must be able to preform physical work - Must pass a background check General work schedule Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Looking for a full to part time team member)
