Our company is locally owned and has been since 1977. We are looking for employees that have pride in their workmanship. We have all the tools and machines, all you need is your hand tools and a good attitude. Pay is based on performance and not an hourly rate. We feel that paying per foot of product installed gives the employee incentive and the opportunity to earn larger paychecks. Employees are paid weekly with direct deposit. We primarily install gutters and downspouts on new construction at this time. There are no existing gutters to remove which makes for easier jobs. We only hire employees and no subcontractors. This means that taxes on an employee are less than what a subcontractor would have to pay. This is a full-time position and we require a current Colorado drivers license. We would prefer to hire someone with experience but would consider someone with prior construction experience. As I have mentioned we are locally owned. We are not a franchise and because of this employees are treated fairly and on more of a personal level. Come work for us and get the respect you deserve.
