We are a growing apartment owner/manager seeking an entry level maintenance technician to join our team on a full-time (W2) or part-time (1099) basis. Successful candidates will have an interest in apartment maintenance, in which they will develop skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and carpentry.
