Assemble an IKEA sofa and take the old one to the curb

I have a new IKEA sofa and could use someone to assemble it. I also need someone to either haul the old one away, OR help take it out to the curb (I've arranged a pickup for Friday morning, so we can only take it out to the curb if we take it Thursday evening). If we can't do it Thursday, I'll need you to take the old one away so having a truck would be useful. I can help to some extent, but will be working so may not be fully available. Please let me know how much you'd charge for this service.
