Job Location: West Bloomfield Township Overview: House Renovations (Multiple Jobs) General Contractor is seeking the following work professionals: Entire House - 10+ Room for each item... Flooring (tile, laminate primarily) Painting - vaulted Ceiling in Living Room, Plumbing - 3 bathroom, 1 kitchen Kitchen Cabinet Installation Carpentry for trim, etc. Excellent photos of every room will be provided for your review. You will Provide a Quote on performing the job. We provide a simple contract agreement regarding time and any other details. You perform the job, on time and we pay as well as show you another project. First Payment on Day One. Payments are divided per day. Finish the job = 100% payment This is a competitive opportunity. We are not necessarily seeking the cheapest quote but the best person able to do the job right is more important. Photos of your past jobs are definitely encouraged. References to those jobs are considered preferred professionals. Every item of this job has a set budget. We are seeking to spend all of it. All appliances and accessories will be provided.
