Weekend Caregiver Job for Mom with Dementia

Looking for a weekend caregiver for my mom with late stage dementia. Must be compassionate and have reliable transportation. My mom has late stage dementia she doesn't like noise, to be touched, or to be talked to, its just the nature of her disease. Most of the time she would like to be left alone. She stays on the second level of the house and enjoys her tv and music. We are looking for someone to just stay on the first level of the house and just go upstairs and check on her from time to time making sure the tv is still on and providing her snacks/meals so there will be a lot of downtime. This job also requires you to do some grocery shopping occasionally and light tidying up.
