We are looking for hardworking, honest, customer focused, team players to help us grow and who also love providing excellent service and love to help those in need. We operate from 9:30am and allow customers to make service requests up to 11:00pm. There is no limit to the amount of independent contractors we are hiring. We have 29 services we provide and you may sign up for either 1 or all of them if you desire. There is plenty of money making opportunities and we promise you'll never get bored! Requirements;. You must be 18 or older to apply and you or someone on your crew must speak and understand English fluently. We are hiring all nationalities. We don't care about your hairstyle, tattoos, peircings, etc...All we ask is that you present yourself in a professional manner to all customers. We do not perform a background check or drug or alcohol checks during the hiring process! We do perform full background checks on individuals who sign up to do babysitting, pet sitting / dog walking, and house sitting. We are a second chance company and will give you a chance if you give us one. You will not be hired if you have any violence, kidnapping, animal violence or charges of intentional property destruction / vandalism on your record. If you are foreign, you will need to provide proof of your resident status. You will also be required to provide us with the hours and days you are willing to be available and what jobs you would like to do. If you sign up for babysitting, you must have experience and you must have 4 referrals. You will be required to fill out a hiring contract agreement with us, a W-9, and a DNC (Do not Compete). The DNC just states that while you are under contract with us, you can not be hired by or work independently for any of our current clients. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals in college who want to make great money, individuals who want to work full-time or part-time, and for small businesses who would like to gain some extra work. You can work as much or as little as you want as long as you obey the contract and you keep all of your documents current. You will receive 90% of the sale! All customers pay hourly and you will know what the job will pay before you accept it. If you accept the job, you will be required to follow through with it until it's complete. We are customer focused and the job is not complete until the customer is 100% satisfied and signs off on it. You will be paid one week from the time the customer signs off and pays for the work. Some jobs like, but not limited to Residential House Cleaners, Carpentry, some Handy Man tasks, Plumbing and electricity will require you to carry a business license, permits, and business insurance. You will be required upon approval to work for the company to add us as additional insured on your business insurance. Jobs we are hiring for are as follows; Residential House Cleaners, Pet sitting / Dog Walking, House sitting, Babysitting, Movers, Packing / Unpacking, Mounting, Furniture / Toy Assembly, Yard Work / Removal, Landscaping, Painters, Electricians, Plumbers, Mobile Detailing, Snow Removal, Errand Running / Personal Assistant, Carpentry, Professional Organizer, Waiting in line, Deliveries, Event Staffing, Event / Holiday Decorating, Wedding / Event Planning, Black Car Luxury service, Christmas Light Installation / Removal, Christmas Present Wrapping, Towing, Private Mechanic, Pressure Washing and Locksmith YOU will be held 100% responsible for all jobs performed! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not 100% satisfied, YOU will be required to make it right. Double hourly pay for holidays worked! Charitable work is also available and you will be paid for it! 10% of company profits goes to providing free services to those in need in the community like low-income elderly individuals, Disabled Vets, and individuals fighting a life threatening illness or disease.
