I have a 8pound papillon named Chance that needs a new home. Chance is a lap dog and couch potato he gets alone well with children and other dogs. Unfortunately, my apartment complex put an eviction notice on my door because the apartments were bought from another company and they don’t allow dogs now. There is a small rehoming fee of $100.
