We’re in need of an elite Subcontracting Crew that excels in Window & Door Installation with superior craftsmanship. JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Production Manager, the Window & Door Installation crew is a key member of the Ridge Top Exteriors production team. This includes on-time arrivals, superior craftsmanship and a drive to excel in the production field. The Window Installation Crews are a specifically integral part of this company since Window/Door replacements make up over 25% of our company revenue every year. QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum of 3 years exterior remodeling experience is preferred -Knowledge in Roofing, Siding, Windows & Doors is preferred -Superior craftsmanship with Window & Door installation and various other components -Tools and Equipment required -General Liability & Worker's Comp insurance required -Reputable trade references -Strong ability to multitask, while continuing to deliver on accountabilities -Ability to manage and track multiple crews/jobs daily You will be successful in this business if you have the desire to help people improve their home with the standards as if it were your own.
