We're looking for Car Wash Shift Leads and Store Managers for a large local car wash company. We have 8 openings for Shift Leads with the schedules of Mon-Fri and Wednesday-Sunday 6:15am to 2:30pm, 12:00pm-8pm and 10am-6pm. You must be able to work on your feet, be able to process transactions, start and safely operate the wash bay and have excellent customer service. $17 an hour to start We also have 4 openings for Store manager $20-$22 an hour Job Responsibilities: • Manage store • Ensure accurate cash balances • Employee schedules and training • Provide quality service • Manage employee schedules and training • Ensure cleanliness of property • Maintain coverage of duties • Problem solving • Maintaining and cleaning of equipment • Customer and employee retention • Perform vehicle preparation • Inventory • Responsible for the look and experience of the car wash from the customer’s perspective • Set an example for your team Job Requirements: • 25 years of age or older • Previous management experience required (minimum of 3 years) • Pre-employment background check • Pre-employment drug screening • Must be available 7 days a week • Provide coverage if other team members are unable to show up for their scheduled shift If you're interested please either send your resume to this posting or for fastest employment please apply in person at Milwaukie 6323 SE King Rd, Milwaukie OR 97222 or call 503-445-7177 to make an appointment (Walk in's welcome) Portland 3708 NE 122nd Ave, Portland OR 97230 or call 503-254-5959 to make an appointment
